Senior Executive – CEO Office (Strategy & Operations) partners with the CEO to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence. You identify gaps, propose practical improvements, and lead their execution with cross‑functional teams.

The role is hands-on, connecting people, data and initiatives to deliver results across the organisation. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in strategy or operations in a multinational setting, with strong communication and change management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, IT or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in strategy, business improvement, operations or management support in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to identify gaps and root causes and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how functions collaborate.
• Independent and resourceful, able to connect dots across dispersed processes.
• Hands‑on and flexible, willing to take on any task assigned by the CEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and drive execution of strategic initiatives, including global expansion and market entry plans.
• Turn market research findings and business cases into actionable plans and follow up until implemented.
• Support global integration of market data and reporting for management insights.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and lead their implementation across teams.
• Prepare board-level content, reports, presentations and agendas; track action items.
