Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to steer day-to-day operations across the Group and achieve strategic and financial objectives. You will drive efficiency, oversee multiple business units, and guide transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 12-15 years in senior leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record managing multi-site operations. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in an operations leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or diversified business operations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability and ethical business practices across all Group operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all business divisions and subsidiaries.
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence across the Group.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate the Group's strategic plans into operational objectives.
• Lead the execution of key business initiatives and transformation projects.
• Support business expansion and operational integration across the Group.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs across all business units.
• Review business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams.
