Job summary

BoomGrow in Malaysia seeks a highly driven CEO Office Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategic projects, partnerships, and operational execution.

You will support the CEO's Office across initiatives, investor and ecosystem engagement, and sustainability-related projects, gaining exposure to business strategy and startup operations in a growing agritech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable/top university.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience encouraged.
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, project management, sustainability, finance, or operations is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track strategic projects across departments.
• Support CEO priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure execution excellence.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting briefs, and project updates.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, investors, government agencies, universities, and ecosystem collaborators.
• Manage communication and follow-ups with external stakeholders.
• Support partnership development and strategic engagement activities.
• Assist with event coordination, workshops, ecosystem engagements, and leadership meetings.
• Support the CEO in prioritisation, planning, and execution of key initiatives.
• Assist in preparing strategic documents, proposals, and board/investor materials.
• Help drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Take ownership of special projects as assigned.
