The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to align with business directions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a business/finance background, and a proven ability to liaise with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Finance.
• 8+ years of working and relevant experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinking and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide oversight for CEBO projects and directives.
• Draft, compile, and refine high-impact presentations, reports, and Board materials.
• Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule and executive engagements, including travel.
• Develop meeting logistics, agendas, pre-read materials, and minutes with follow-up.
• Act as liaison between CEBO’s office and senior leaders to foster relationships.
