• 8–15 years in a Chief of Staff or high-level executive support role.
• Proven experience in business strategy, corporate governance, and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.

• Capable of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the Chairman/MD, offering data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage and execute high-priority projects that support business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial analysis to support executive decisions.
• Distill complex business issues into actionable strategies.
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across business units in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Streamline executive workflows to ensure the Chairman/MD focuses on top priorities.
• Track progress and ensure accountability for critical deliverables.
• Effectively communicate and implement decisions organization-wide.

• Act as liaison between the Chairman/MD and key internal/external stakeholders.
