Job summary

ADA is seeking a highly driven Strategy and Operations Manager to join the CEO Office Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will enable strategic initiatives, coordinate investor relations, and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.

You will lead business reviews, KPI setting, and cross-functional projects, partnering with Finance, Strategy, and BU leaders to deliver insights and drive performance while ensuring governance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Management in managing strategic initiatives, investor relations, and day-to-day business operations.
• Monitor information flow and gatekeep to optimize CEO focus and decision-making.
• Facilitate operational processes across business planning, reporting and governance to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and internal best practices.
• Champion operational excellence and cross-functional efficiency across markets and departments.
• Lead research and due diligence to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the monthly cadence of business performance reviews to ensure progress and KPI management.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide executive insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and BU leaders to track progress against objectives.
• Align BU operations with central reporting and compliance requirements.
• Lead project management to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
• Establish project governance, manage stakeholders, and support CEO and leadership presentations.
• Lead strategic workstreams or act as an internal consultant on high-priority opportunities.
• Work with FP&A to conduct financial modeling and business-case analysis to support reporting and decisions.
• Perform due diligence and business reviews of new opportunities.
