The role identifies gaps in business processes, recommends practical improvements and leads their execution with cross‑functional teams, data, and stakeholders to deliver results and continuous value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
• A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 7–8 years of experience in strategy, business improvement, operations or management support in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to find gaps and root causes and carry them through with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how functions work together.
• Independent, resourceful and able to connect dots across scattered processes.
• Hands-on and flexible, willing to take on any task for the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Business Implementation: drive execution of strategic initiatives and track progress, risks and next steps.
• Market Research & Analysis: gather and present market intelligence for decision‑making and support global expansion plans.
• Process Improvement & Change Management: identify gaps, propose improvements and drive implementation with digital tools.
• Board & Senior Management Support: prepare reports and agendas, align messages with the CEO, follow up on actions.
