Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a leading East Malaysian diversified group to appoint a commercially astute Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) to steer the organization from its Kuching, Sarawak headquarters.

This role demands an transformative leader with deep multi‑industry asset experience, full P&L oversight, and a proven track record of strategic expansion, governance, and stakeholder engagement with boards and government partners.

Formación

• Executive leadership experience at board or C-suite level in a multi‑business, asset‑driven group.
• Demonstrated financial accountability with full P&L oversight and strong capital deployment history.
• Deep sector expertise in asset-intensive industries such as property, construction, infrastructure, or energy/oil & gas.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and drive a cohesive long-term strategy across all business units, optimizing performance and ROA.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet health, and disciplined capital allocation; shape data centre entry strategy.
• Lead division heads and senior leaders, fostering a performance-driven culture and robust succession planning.
• Engage with the Board, investors, financiers, and government authorities with high credibility and governance standards.
• Balance disciplined risk with entrepreneurial growth through major developments and partnerships.
