Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Finance, Science, Engineering or another relevant discipline; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Preferably at least 10 years of relevant working experience, including substantial managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated services, business operations or other complex multi-functional environments is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing business performance, budgets, projects, contracts and crossfunctional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations, services, projects and functions.
• Develop and monitor operational plans, processes, service standards and performance measures, and ensure effective coordination and use of resources.
• Identify opportunities, assess proposals and coordinate implementation of approved initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, proposals, dashboards and presentations for Management and the Board as required.
• Manage governance, risk, contracts and change management activities.
