Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd. is seeking a Group Communications, Engagement & Sustainability Senior Executive in Kuala Lumpur to develop and deploy corporate communications, employee engagement and sustainability initiatives aligned with business strategy.

You will ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders. The role involves social media management, content creation, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting external PR and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of in-house or agency experience in corporate/marketing/internal communications, advertising, event management and public relations.
• Experience in digital communications (social media and website) planning, analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with social media management tools, website CMS, and email marketing software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, research and communication skills; ability to collaborate across levels and nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Social media management: write, edit and proofread content across channels; create engaging visuals; ensure accuracy and brand alignment; collaborate with SMEs for content insights.
• Business unit collaboration: identify content pillars; curate social media content strategy; ensure consistent content pipeline and brand adherence.
• Employee experience: support internal initiatives; ensure consistent messaging across internal channels; analyze data to assess effectiveness.
• External public relations: manage external stakeholders and agencies; guide executives on communication matters.
• Sustainability: assist in reporting and sustainability initiatives.
