Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years senior executive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or equivalent C-suite role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing business strategy in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation, drive profitability, and deliver sustainable growth.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with market insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels.
• Sound governance, risk management, and compliance understanding.
• Experience in technology, digital services, or related industry preferred.
