Description

• Strategic Vision & Growth: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for this complex ecosystem, ensuring they achieve and maintain their status as the platform of choice for the ASEAN region.
• Ecosystem Integration: Cultivate robust cross-functional collaboration within the business, its sister companies and parent entity; capitalize on extensive customer networks, international partnerships to optimize transaction volumes and user acquisition.
• Financial & Operational Leadership: Full ownership of the P&L; optimize operational efficiency and drive sustainable profitability across all business units.
• Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Manage high-level engagement with the Board, the Parent Group, and institutional investors to align on vision and capital allocation.
• Organizational Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class executive team, fostering a culture of excellence and agility.

Profile

• 5 to 10+ years of executive leadership experience as a CEO, C-Suite member, or Managing Director.
• Extensive background in digital platforms/two way marketplaces, social platforms, e-commerce, or large-scale digital travel-tech ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing intricate stakeholder networks within major corporate conglomerates, publicly traded organizations or growth stage scale-ups.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at the board level.
