IMPACT INTEGRATED is seeking a CEO Designate to work alongside the incumbent CEO, the Board, and key government stakeholders to build enterprise leadership capability and align with IMPACT2030 priorities. The role spans three transition phases focusing on foundation, expanded responsibilities, and readiness for the full CEO position.

Progression is assessed by the Board, and the final appointment remains subject to Trustees' approval, with emphasis on governance, revenue growth and financial

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Economics, Public Policy or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years at senior or executive enterprise level.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional or multi-entity organisations in complex environments.
• Strong governance, financial stewardship and risk acumen, with exposure to Board and government stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Exposure to youth development, media, esports ecosystems or asset management would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, commercial strategy and financial sustainability.

• Phase 1: Foundation & Integration—Develop understanding of the organisation, governance framework and key stakeholders; align with internal and external priorities.
• Phase 2: Expanded Responsibility—Take ownership of enterprise priorities; assume cross-functional responsibilities; drive revenue growth and financial sustainability.
• Phase 3: CEO Transition—Provide enterprise-wide oversight; engage with Board and government stakeholders; prepare for formal transition to CEO; handover process.
