Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a CEO/Managing Director to shape and execute the company's strategic direction, driving growth and profitability while strengthening governance and operational performance.

Reporting to the Shareholder/Board, you will lead a high-performing team, identify new opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on sustainable long-term value creation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive senior management experience, with significant exposure at Managing Director, Executive Director, or equivalent C-suite level.
• Proven track record in leading business growth, organisational transformation, operational improvement, and profitability enhancement.
• Experience in leading a sizeable organisation or complex business environment, preferably within a listed company or group structure.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, optimise costs, improve profitability, and drive sustainable growth.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and Board-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, business plans, and long-term objectives in alignment with Board direction.
• Oversee overall business operations and financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and return on investment.
• Lead and develop the senior management team while fostering a high-performance and results-driven organisational culture.
• Ensure effective corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organisation in dealings with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, investors, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Drive business expansion, innovation, market development, and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors and provide regular updates on business performance, strategic initiatives, opportunities, and risks.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, capital allocation, and resource optimisation.

About you
