Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership across Finance, HR and Corporate Governance. You will work with the CEO and Board to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver long-term shareholder value for the Group.

The role oversees financial planning, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, risk management and capital planning, with a strong emphasis on governance, performance analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant senior finance leadership experience
• Experience as CFO or Finance Director in a public listed company
• Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and regulatory compliance
• Experience in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, audit, risk management and business strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management
• Lead preparation of financial statements, management reports and financial analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board
• Monitor Group financial performance, profitability, costs and key financial indicators
• Oversee treasury, taxation, corporate finance, funding and banking relationships
• Evaluate business expansion, investments, acquisitions and major capex
• Drive financial process improvements, cost optimisation and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia, regulatory requirements and reporting obligations
• Oversee timely and accurate financial disclosures and announcements
