The Opportunity
The CEO will take overall responsibility for the Group’s business performance, growth strategy and operational excellence, with a strong mandate to accelerate expansion and strengthen the organisation’s market position.

• The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:
  
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Business Unit Head or senior commercial leader with full P&L responsibility.
  
• Strong track record of business growth, revenue generation and commercial transformation.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales-led growth strategies.
  
• Entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented mindset.
  
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention and unit economics.
  
• Experience scaling businesses, entering new markets or launching new business lines.
  
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, challenge and develop teams.
  
• Commercially astute with strong financial and strategic judgement.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Experience within education, consumer services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, technology or other high-growth service businesses will be advantageous.
