Aufgaben

• Oversee cash processing for Depository Operations and Investor Services, including cash & security tracking and manual cash entry validation.
• Ensure all checks are completed and outstanding items are cleared.
• Enforce SLAs and coach junior team members (COO, SCOO, intern).
• Perform quality checks and second-level validation of team output.
• Monitor deadlines, escalate issues to stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Follow escalation protocol for operational issues and events, informing Management.
• Support the manager and act as main contact when unavailable.
• Act as escalation point for Cash Services, ensuring high-quality deliverables and handling escalations.
• Monitor and coach team performance; provide feedback for development.
• Allocate resources daily via effective resource planning.
• Maintain and document process controls; mitigate errors via better procedures; keep audit trails.
