Job summary

Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Cargo Operations Support Officer to oversee daily cargo operations and support station profitability. The role focuses on accurate document handling and smooth cargo movement.

You will monitor inbound/outbound documents, assist with inspections, and ensure AWB confirmation, customs clearance, and proper DO release while coordinating with vendors to meet SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• SPM, DVM, STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher tertiary qualification in any field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in cargo, airline or aviation services

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound documents available for flights before departure and upon arrival
• Assist warehouse inspections on reported cases of mishandling, pilferage, delivery of damaged shipment and process reports for recovery
• Ensure smooth and orderly delivery of cargo, AWB confirmation, complete Customs documentation, shipping order (DO) and release authority before release to consignee
• Ensure vendors deliver their services according to their contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
