Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end cards technology projects in Malaysia's banking environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, ensure security and architectural compliance, and push platform modernization and operational excellence across the delivery lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management and hands-on delivery experience are required to align business goals with technical execution.

Qualifications

• Delivery, project, stakeholder and vendor management in real systems development.
• Hands-on UNIX/Linux, shell scripting and system administration.
• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and Spring Batch development with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of cards-related applications.
• Ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, Security and Analysts on design and requirements.
• Drive platform modernization with Architecture, Risk and Infrastructure.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, performance testing and security testing.
