Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT leader to manage Core Banking & Cards systems, ensuring 24x7 production support, SLA/KPI delivery, risk management, and cost control across applications.

You will lead a team of 15+ professionals, collaborate with Singapore counterparts, oversee vendors and contracts, and drive service improvements while aligning with strategic objectives and budgets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years leading a team of at least 15 people in the role described.
• Experience with Core Banking and Cards systems, preferably Silverlake SIBS (SIBS).

Responsibilities

• Manages Core Banking & Cards systems which are mission critical.
• Manages service delivery to meet SLA and KPI, including improvements, recovery and resolution.
• Manages risks related to applications in the portfolio.
• Stakeholder reporting to senior management on health of service delivery and risks.
• Collaborates with Singapore counterparts as part of delivery.
• Oversees vendor management, contracts and budgets.
• Plans cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Develops team capabilities and performance management.
