Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks a skilled Business Architect/Business Analyst to lead the Cards Management re-platform across regions. You will define the strategic vision for card lifecycle processes, collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end improvements.

The role requires deep card lifecycle knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with digital banking, agile delivery, and modern architectures such as microservices, API, and

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of consumer and corporate cards’ product lifecycle and related business processes.
• Experience in Digital Banking & business process reengineering projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in agile/SCRUM SDLC; familiarity with microservices, API, cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the card lifecycle across regions.
• Design end-to-end card lifecycle models and architecture diagrams.
• Translate regional requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Collaborate with Cards system vendor and internal technology teams.
• Perform impact analysis and feasibility studies; propose solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes and systems.
• Provide guidance to analysts and development teams across implementation phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
