Job summary

Fastrack Car Rental & Holidays Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is seeking a Sales Executive for tourism and corporate car rental. You will identify new opportunities, build corporate relationships, and present tailored proposals while negotiating terms to maintain profitability.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales.
• Experience in car rental, tourism or hospitality.
• Knowledge of Sabah tourism sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
• Fluency in English and Malay.
• Valid driving licence and Kota Kinabalu familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in tourism and corporate car rental.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels and tourism operators.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate rental agreements and pricing to ensure profitability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, quotes and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain knowledge of fleet, services and promotions.
• Provide market feedback to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure service delivery.
