Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good project management and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of electronic, IT engineering, or car park systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to achieve targets for Johor and Melaka.
• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and understand customer project requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and payments.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and quotations.
• Review plans and technical documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and update on sales activity and delivery status.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with technical specs.
• Plan and implement marketing and sales promotion activities.
• Travel to customer sites to support sales activities and project discussions.
• Provide field support or technical assistance to ensure project delivery.
