Job summary

Panmitic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in parking and access control solutions. You will engage commercial clients, conduct site assessments, and own deals through to close in a consultative, long-cycle sales process.

The role rewards a commission-driven mindset, requires autonomy, and demands strong communication with C-suite and project teams. English fluency is essential, Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in B2B or project-based sales with long sales cycles.
• Strong rejection tolerance and ability to maintain high morale.
• Motivated by commission structures where effort dictates income.
• Autonomous and self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in parking, access control, ELV, security or building automation is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: identify, prospect, and pitch to potential clients.
• Consultative Selling: conduct site assessments and present tailored solutions.
• End-to-End Deal Ownership: manage from outreach to demonstrations, proposals, and closing.
• Persistent Follow-Up: nurture prospects through long sales cycles.
• Account Management & Closing: build relationships with decision-makers and hand over projects.
