Sutherland is hiring a Customer Service Consultant (Cantonese Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur, onsite at Bangsar South. You will handle live chat and inbound calls, resolving routine tech issues, and guiding customers on accounts and billing.

The role requires fluent Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and English, with 1–2 years in customer service, and a positive, patient problem-solving attitude. Schedule is 5 days on, 2 off, 40 hours per week, onsite only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care.
• Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility.
• Guide customers through account and billing questions.
• Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction.
• Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer.
