Job summary

Sutherland Global Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service specialist to support clients through live chat and inbound calls from 9am to 9pm, 5 days on, 2 days off. This 100% onsite role is based in Bangsar South, with weekends included.

You will resolve basic tech issues, assist with account and billing questions, and maintain accurate records while staying up to date on product updates and policies to provide correct information.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese, written Traditional Chinese, and English.
• 1–2 years in customer service with CSAT focus.
• Positive, patient, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care.
• Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility.
• Guide customers through account and billing questions.
• Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction.
• Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer.
