Job summary

Stellaire International SDN. BHD. invites applications for an IT Technician & Library Support to join our campus in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

The role combines IT support with library assistance in a dynamic school environment. You will handle help desk tasks, setup of computers and AV equipment, website maintenance, and collaboration with vendors. Start dates are October 2026 or January 2027, with applications closing 31 August 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years IT support, systems administration, or network experience.
• Basic CMS and database knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for staff and students, troubleshooting devices and accounts.
• Set up and maintain computers, projectors, printers, and IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor IT inventory, licenses, and equipment records.
• Maintain and update the school's website with accurate information.
• Support library operations and learning resources using IT tools.
• Assist with events requiring IT setup and technical support.
