Job summary

Stellaire International – Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, invites applications for an IT Technician & Library Support (Executive/Junior Executive) to join our dedicated campus team. The role covers IT support, library operations, and classroom technology management on-site at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

The successful candidate will maintain Windows and Google Workspace environments, assist with website updates, administer user accounts, and support school events with IT setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years IT support, systems administration, or related experience.
• Basic CMS and database management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for staff and students, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices.
• Set up and maintain IT equipment and classroom IT resources.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain IT inventory, licences, and asset records.
• Update and manage the school's website and IT documentation.
