Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales Engineer Calibration to grow our calibration services and test equipment portfolio from our Penang branch with responsibilities spanning technical sales, client liaison, and proposal generation. The role requires a strong technical background and customer-focused approach.

Prerequisites include a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree with an engineering focus and 1+ years of relevant sales experience; proficiency in CRM and MS Office

Qualificações

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree (Required).
• M&E Background or Electrical Engineering Field Experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent telephone communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Must have an Engineering background (Electrical/Electronic).
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable calibration services, technical solutions, and products.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries, product-related questions, and calibration requirements.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Manage the sales process and update customer and job information through CRM, calibration management systems, and sales software.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• English, BM and Mandarin speaking is highly preferred.
