You will perform market research, build strategic partnerships, and nurture long-term client relationships to support growth. Responsibilities include lead qualification, CRM pipeline management, and delivering tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Physics, Instrumentation, or a related Science/Technical discipline is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of working experience in business development, preferably technical or calibration-related services.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, proposal development, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline in CRM, tracking status and revenue potential.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender documents for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure solutions meet specifications and compliance.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide regular updates, and seek upsell opportunities.
