Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking a Supervisor at C Mart Nibong Tebal to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, and ensure service quality. The role includes creating staff schedules, training personnel, and supporting cost control, stock taking, and stock ordering to sustain efficient store performance.

Ideal candidates have SPM/O-Level and at least 1 year of Team Lead orCrew Leader experience, with a commitment to a friendly working environment and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
• Willing to work in cafe and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
