Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking a Supervisor for the Taman Daya outlet to ensure smooth cafe operations and exceptional service. You will manage staff schedules, supervise and train team members, and assist with strategic planning including costs, stock takes, and ordering.

Daily oversight includes opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management, with training, uniforms, and benefits provided in a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
