That Last Slice Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Front of House Cafe Manager in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, to lead the FOH team and ensure seamless café operations. The role requires coffee expertise, latte art, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Coordinate third-party delivery orders accurately and promptly.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine operational systems and procedures.
• All-Round Multitasking: Assist with daily FOH tasks, keeping area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Training: Lead, inspire, and train FOH team members to maintain high service standards.
• Shift Scheduling: Plan and manage duty rosters to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• POS & Floor Operations: Handle point-of-sale operations, take orders efficiently, and ensure smooth table service.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate and arrange third-party delivery orders accurately and promptly.
• Process Improvement: Take the initiative to evaluate, set, and refine operational systems and procedures.
• All-Round Multitasking: Assist with daily front-of-house tasks, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and floor flow.

Requirements

• Coffee Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in coffee making with proven latte art skills.
• Work Schedule: Willing and able to work 6 days a week (minimum 45 hours per week).
• Personality & Attitude: Pleasant, friendly, well‑groomed, and presentable with excellent customer service skills.
• Work Ethic: Highly punctual, clean, reliable, and self‑motivated with strong initiative.
• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to guide a team effectively.
• Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for working in the Malaysian F&B scene.
• Competitive Pay: RM2,600 – RM3,200 per month (commensurate with experience).
