Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage presentation and storage to ensure safety standards.
• Check in with dining customers to gauge satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels for supplies and essentials.
• Conduct monthly stock checks and reconcile with systems.
• Ensure all workstations are cleaned and sanitised.
• Coordinate with staff to wash and polish equipment before service.
• Maintain clean and polished bar counters and glassware.
• Monitor café cash flow and settle outstanding bills.
• Review customer surveys to improve service.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.

We are looking for Café Supervisor to join the team. Supervisor oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Front of House Team Members in the absent of Café Manager.

Assisting Café Manager in Roster planning that reflects on business needs.

Overseeing food and beverage presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.

Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.

Conduct monthly stock take and cross check with system.

Ensuring all workstations are cleaned and sanitised.

Working with other staff to ensure all equipment are washed and polished before breakfast, lunch or dinner service.

Keeping all bar counters, glassware clean and polished.

Monitoring the café 's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.

Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong management skills and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are welcome!

The ideal applicant must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Must be willing to work in Genting Highland, Pahang.
