Job summary

IDC Foods Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee all FOH operations and ensure smooth, safe service. The role requires strong leadership and experience in a supervisor/shift leader capacity within the F&B industry.

You will lead the FOH team, manage customer inquiries, and uphold food safety, hygiene, inventory control, and accurate cash handling across daily outlet operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in F&B industry.
• Experience in a supervisor / shift leader role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Understand daily outlet operations such as:
• Food safety and hygiene standards
• Inventory control
• Cash handling and POS systems
• Opening and closing procedures
• Customer service management
• Handling complaints

Responsibilities

• Responsible for FOH day to day operations
• Quality and safety checks
• Managing manpower and scheduling
• Training and guiding FOH team as well as disciplinary actions
• Handle any conflicts professionally
• Inventory management
• Stock orderings
• To handle and/or report any maintenance issues
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet
• Monetary handling
• Compiling necessary documents for outlet operations and for HQ

Responsibility

Role Overview:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all FOH operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow across all stations. Responsibilities include speeding up workflow process to moving customers through the line as efficient as possible. They will have to manage any inquiries and complains directly from customers.
