Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly cafe assistant to greet customers, take orders, process payments, and prepare beverages and light meals to standard. Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment while delivering warm service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Refill stock and ensure products are well displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
• Support daily café operations and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
