Job summary

IDC Foods Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee all FOH operations, speed service, and ensure a safe, efficient workflow. You will address customer inquiries and complaints directly.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in F&B, prior supervisory or shift-leader experience, and strong leadership. You will manage staffing, ensure food safety standards, inventory, cash handling, and support HQ with outlet operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B industry.
• Experience in a supervisor / shift leader role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Understand daily outlet operations such as: food safety and hygiene standards, inventory control, cash handling and POS systems, opening and closing procedures.
• Customer service management and handling complaints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH day to day operations.
• Quality and safety checks.
• Managing manpower and scheduling.
• Training and guiding FOH team as well as disciplinary actions.
• Handle any conflicts professionally.
• Inventory management and stock ordering.
• Report maintenance issues and outages.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet.
• Monetary handling.
• Compile necessary documents for outlet operations and HQ.

Responsibility

Role Overview:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all FOH operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow across all stations. Responsibilities include speeding up workflow process to moving customers through the line as efficient as possible. They will have to manage any inquiries and complains directly from customers.
