Job summary

White Houze Food in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Café Operations Leader to oversee the setup and ongoing management of the café team in Penang. You will lead recruitment, training, and scheduling, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will develop SOPs, manage supplier relationships, monitor food quality, hygiene, and service excellence, control inventory and costs, and track budgets and KPIs to drive profitable growth.
