Job summary

RAWTEE is hiring Restaurant Crew in Malaysia's Selangor region. You will prepare sandwiches and beverages, greet customers, handle orders on the POS, and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety. The role requires teamwork, reliability and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy café environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply.
• Foreign applicants require a valid Malaysian work permit and relevant F&B experience.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
• Must possess a valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate.
• Must possess a Food Handler Training Certificate (Sijil Kursus Pengendalian Makanan).

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, beverages and other menu items according to SOP and quality standards.
• Greet customers professionally and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle customer orders and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Prepare and replenish ingredients before and during operating hours.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and product presentation.
• Assist with stock deliveries and organize as needed.
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
