RAWTEE is hiring Restaurant Crew in Malaysia's Selangor region. You will prepare sandwiches and beverages, greet customers, handle orders on the POS, and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety. As a Restaurant Crew, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy an excellent dining experience. Your responsibilities include:
Prepare sandwiches, beverages and other menu items according to the company's SOP and food quality standards.
Greet customers professionally and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Handle customer orders and operate the POS system accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Prepare and replenish ingredients before and during operating hours.
Monitor food quality, portion control and product presentation.
Assist with receiving and organising stock deliveries.
Support daily opening and closing duties of the outlet.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Previous working experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Must possess a valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate.
Must possess a Food Handler Training Certificate (Sijil Kursus Pengendalian Makanan).
Experience working in cafés, coffee shops, restaurants or quick service restaurants.
Experience in food preparation, beverage preparation, cashiering or customer service.
Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an added advantage.

Basic Salary ranging from RM1,800 to RM2,500 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skill sets, and overall suitability.
Salary reviews and increments are performance-based, taking into consideration both individual performance and contribution as a team member.
Monday - Sunday - Rotational shifts.
Operating Hours: 9.30 AM - 10.30 PM
Staff will work on rotational shifts within the outlet's operating hours.
Overtime is only required based on business needs and is not compulsory.
EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.
Annual Leave and Medical Leave in accordance with the Employment Act.
