Job summary

ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN HD in Bangsar is hiring a Full-time Service Crew to prepare and serve beverages, greet customers and assist in daily operations. The role includes stock handling, order response and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.

Minimum qualification: High school/SBM; 2-3 years experience preferred; basic English for customer interaction and good teamwork. Local commuting to Bangsar is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Polite and Responsible.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills (know basic English to communicate with foreign customer).
• Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot & soft drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Respond to orders and assist customers politely.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommended products to customers.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operation.
• Clean and sanitize work and sitting areas, utensils, equipment and the bar station.
