Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and greet customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
• Take orders accurately and assist with menu enquiries
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following our recipes and standards
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and flavour at all times
• Manage customer feedback professionally and ensure a positive dining experience
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth daily operations
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
