Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for a fast-paced food and beverage outlet. You will provide service, take orders, prepare beverages and food to standard, and ensure clean, welcoming surroundings.

Fresh grads encouraged to apply; prior F&B, café, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage. Shifts, weekends, and public holidays required; strong communication and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers.
• Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all products are served with good quality, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, equipment and dining area.
• Handle cash, payments and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist in receiving, checking and storing stock and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow all SOPs, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
