Job summary

FAIZ MAJU TRADING (M) SDN BHD in Kajang, Selangor is seeking a Café Crew to support daily café operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages and foods according to SOP, maintain cleanliness, and handle payments in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, responsible and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and workstations.
• Refill stocks and ensure ingredients and supplies are well maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
