Advanced Insulation Systems Ltd. is seeking a skilled CAD Designer for its Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia team. You will develop CAD models, assemble parts, and generate detailed drawings and BOMs to support design and manufacturing processes.

Key requirements include SolidWorks with PDM, with Inventor as a plus, and a background in engineering or manufacturing. Subsea or marine industry experience is a plus; global travel is expected.

• Proven CAD experience with SolidWorks and PDM.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor (desirable).
• Engineering/manufacturing background; subsea/oil & gas or marine experience desirable.

**CAD Desginer****Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia****Up to 80,000.00 MYR depending on experience** **The Role:**AIS is seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our Team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. **What will you do as a CAD Designer?*** Develop CAD models including part and assembly* Preparation of technical drawings using design application software* Product design and development within all Design Engineering teams* Creation of new parts and bills of materials* Global travel, either to AIS sites or customer sites **What are we looking for in our CAD Designer?*** High level of skill and experience with Solidworks and PDM (essential)* Good level of skill and experience with Autodesk Inventor (desirable)* Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment (essential)* Experience of working in the subsea industry, either through oil and gas, renewables, or marine (desirable)* Experience of designing with a variety of materials, including polymers, metals, rubbers* Have a technical background with experience in engineering or manufacturing* Computer literate with a good knowledge of various design applications* Creative and innovative in their problem solving and product / process development* Able to demonstrate high attention to detail* Confident, assertive and proactive in their approach to work with a ‘can do’, flexible attitude* Able to work effectively, both as part of a team and autonomously, consistently to high standards of accuracy and quality* Experienced in and able to use Autodesk Inventor (to a lesser degree than Solidworks is acceptable).* Fluent in speaking and writing in English. **What are the benefits of being our CAD Designer:*** Annual Salary of MYR 80,000* Working hours, 10am to 7pm (allows for a 4-hour UK crossover).* Benefits include Private Medical Insurance* Discretionary annual bonus of up to 15% of basic salary
