Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking an Analyst, Cloud Application Transformation to join our on-site team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on business analysis within cloud transformation initiatives and will require working closely with clients, developers and project stakeholders.

The successful candidate will capture and document use cases, develop functional specs, and drive requirements through change management processes. Insurance domain exposure and Java/DB experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst
• 6+ years in progressive IT sector
• Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate business information to stakeholders
• Familiar with requirements development and change management
• Agile or other software development process familiarity
• Experience in insurance institutions is a plus
• DB and Java developer experience is a plus

• Capture, document and structure use cases.

• Identify assumptions, constraints, issues and risks.
• Translate between users and developers.
