Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Analyst, Testing to ensure software meets user requirements and quality standards. You will contribute to IT solutions and process revamps, conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and coordinating SIT/UAT with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, strong requirements gathering skills, and experience with SIT/UAT.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with User Requirement gathering.
• Experience with SIT and UAT support.
• CRM, Insurance experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist on delivery of IT solutions / process revamp to support various business initiatives.
• Involve in discovery workshops to understand user requirements, process flow, and user journeys.
• Perform requirements analysis and document requirements; revise system logic and workflows as needed.
• Manage internal stakeholders to drive SIT and UAT; document requirements and evaluate scenarios.
• Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and create expected results for test cycles.
• Analyze test outcomes and ensure remediation of identified defects.
