Job summary

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad is seeking an IT/Systems Analyst to work with internal departments, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions. The role covers software implementation, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will assist users during rollout, conduct training, and look for opportunities to improve processes through technology, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in software project implementation or end-user support.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, documentation, and UAT.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with good understanding, communication & troubleshooting skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in any software project implementation, end-user support or application support.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, documentation, functional unit testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Industry and application knowledge of Automotive systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• A skill set in SQL will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to perform in a team-based environment with a positive working attitude.
