Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on GM/ COO to translate the CEO's direction into clear plans and priorities. You will lead and coordinate teams across Content, Creative, Digital and Commercial to drive performance and growth.

You’ll set KPIs, build simple processes, identify and solve problems, and keep day-to-day operations moving in a fast-changing environment with limited resources. 5+ years of leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business management, project management, media, agency, startup or similar environments.
• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Ownership mindset: takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with limited resources.
• Commercially minded and solutions-oriented.
• Confident enough to manage people and hold them accountable.
• Hands-on – not afraid to get into the details.
