Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing/OEM environment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on Sales Orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and order records.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and operational issues.
• Support daily business operations and other ad-hoc tasks when required.
